Tropical Financial Credit Union Raises Money for Emma's Foundation for Canine Cancer

(MIRAMAR, Fla.) –February 1, 2024– Tropical Financial Credit Union, one of South Florida’s largest not-for-profit credit unions, is proud to announce it has raised $4199 for Emma’s Foundation for Canine Cancer. The money raised by both employees and credit union members will provide financial assistance to pet owners dealing with canine cancer.

Emma’s Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to raise awareness, offer resources, and provide financial support to families struggling to afford life-saving cancer treatments for their dogs. Their commitment resonates with Tropical Financial, a longtime supporter of animal-related causes, and some employees even have personal experiences with Emma’s Foundation. The Project Management department selected the cause since they wanted to affect direct change.

“At Tropical Financial, we believe in helping our members and our community,” said Amy McGraw, Vice President of Marketing at Tropical Financial Credit Union. “We support Emma’s Foundation’s dedication to sick animals in need. We understand that pets are family and no one should have to choose between financial security and their dog’s life.”

The funds raised by Tropical Financial Credit Union will directly support Emma’s Foundation’s financial assistance program, ensuring more dogs can receive the treatment they need.
