Does TFCU offer professional development?

TFCU supports an environment of professional growth and development. All Employees at all levels of the organization have access and opportunity to participate in employer sponsored learning events. In addition, Employees are encourage to continue in their professional development by participating in the Tuition Reimbursement Program. This includes web based learning, classroom, accredited educational institutions and other related career development venues. Great working relationships result from open and continuous communication and overall improvement. TFCU has a performance management process that encourages two way and inter and intra team communication on a regular basis for the sake of continuous improvement and professional development.
