Use Loan Pay from our website or from within Online Banking to:

• Make one-time payments from an external checking or savings account.
• Set up recurring payments from an external checking or savings account.
• Make one-time payments with a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover debit card.

Convenience Fees:

• One-time external bank account payment:

• One-time debit card payment:
  $8.95
• Recurring external bank account payments:
  No fee

You can make a payment by contacting our Member Engagement Team or visiting one of our Branch Locations.

Payment options include:

• Transfer from a Tropical Financial checking or savings account

*Recurring payments cannot be established by phone or at a branch. To set up recurring payments, use Online Banking or Loan Pay.
