What security features are in place to protect my account information online?
Online Banking uses several layers of technology to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to the internal network. Online Banking's security professionals manage a sophisticated networking architecture that includes screening routers, filtering routers, and firewalls. The Online Banking section is automatically secured/encrypted, but the rest of the Website can be accessed as either secure or unsecure.
How do I change my password?
Your Online banking password can be changed by logging into Online Banking, select My Settings, then select the change password option.
Although my computer is PRIVATE, I have to keep entering a code, Why?
Check your browser settings are cookies enabled?
Your anti-virus or browser updates can delete cookies or remove the cookie enablement.
I am locked out of Online Banking, how do I reset my password?
As a security feature your Online Banking will be locked out after FIVE bad password attempts. Your enrolled email address will receive an alert that your account is locked.
You may unlock your account by utilizing the Forgot Username/Password link. You may reset your password by entering the enrolled telephone number and your username. Follow the prompts to enter your temporary password and the reset your email address.
