Frequently Asked Questions

How do I login for the first time to the new online banking platform?
To get started, enter your current username and password. You’ll then be asked how you’d like to be contacted—by call or text. Your phone number on file will be displayed, and you’ll have the option to update it later under Settings - Security Preferences - Secure Delivery.
A security code will be sent to your chosen method, which you’ll need to enter before moving forward. Next, you’ll be prompted to create a new password. Be sure to follow the password requirements when setting it up.
After that, review and acknowledge the First Time Login Disclaimer by checking the box and selecting Submit. If you’re signing in on your personal device, you can choose to register it. If you’re on a public device, we recommend not registering it.
Once these steps are complete, you’ll be all set to use the new online banking platform.
-
Do I need to enroll to get access to online banking?
No - For members that are currently using online banking you do not have to enroll. If you have never used our system before, yes, you will need to enroll.
-
What will happen to to my hidden accounts or nicknamed accounts?
If you’ve nicknamed or hidden any of your accounts, take a moment to review them before the transition. Once you access the new online banking platform, you may need to reset hidden accounts or reapply nicknames, as settings may not carry over automatically. Making note of your current setup will help you confirm everything appears correctly in the new system.
-
Will I still be able to access the new Online Banking platform from my Apple or Android device?
If you use an Apple device, you’ll simply be prompted to upgrade the existing app, and then you’ll be ready to go.
If you use an Android device, you’ll need to download the new app to continue accessing Online Banking.
-
Will my pre-scheduled payments and transfers still go through?
Yes, but we encourage you to review your settings and ensure that all scheduled payments, transfers and Bill Pay items have transitioned correctly, once the new system is live.
