Courtesy Pay is a service we add to your checking account to cover overdrafts to a set limit, subject to the eligibility criteria and types of transactions covered. Courtesy Pay is not offered on Basic Checking accounts. However, whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or is not being managed in a responsible manner, or you are not making regular deposits.

Eligibility – No application is required for Courtesy Pay. Eligibility is at the Credit Union's sole discretion and Courtesy Pay service is generally made available for active account holders 30 days after the account is opened. Courtesy Pay may be suspended or permanently removed from the member's account at the Credit Union's discretion.

For Debit MasterCard and ATM purchases – If you have not activated the "opt-in" feature of overdraft on your ATM or Debit card, we unfortunately, will have to decline your ATM transactions and one-time debit card transactions when there are insufficient funds in your account. Just think of this service as an 'Emergency Cash Reserve'. There is no charge if you don't use it.
