      The Auto Advisor will work to secure the best possible price for your desired vehicle.

    • Are There Any Additional Incentives for Purchasing Multiple Cars or Referring Friends/Family?

      The 0.25% discount*, and no payments for 90 Days are per application. If you have multiple applications, each vehicle app can qualify for the offer.

  • Process and Participation
    • Can I Trade in My Current Car During the Event, and if So, What Is the Process?

      Yes, you can trade in your current car. Provide the relevant details to the Auto Advisor, who will guide you through the trade-in process.

    • Is This Promotion Available to My Friend and Family and if So, Do They Need to Open an Account With the Credit Union?

      Yes, this promotion is open to everyone. However, they will need to open an account with Tropical Financial Credit Union to secure a loan.

    • Can I Test Drive the Car I’m Interested in During the Event?

      Yes, test drive information will be provided by the Auto Advisor.

    • Are There Any Specific Requirements or Documents Needed for Purchasing a Car During the Event?

      The requirements are the same as usual. If any additional documents are needed, the member will be informed upon approval.

    • Are There Any Additional Warranties or Packages Included With the Purchase During the Event?

      We finance our current products. If the car comes with any warranties or packages, the Auto Advisor will provide that information based on the vehicle.

    • Does This Car Sale Event Include New and Used Cars?

      Yes, the event features both new and used cars, offering a wide selection for buyers.

    • Does TFCU offer financial safeguards for my loan(s)?

      Yes, the Credit Union will have a full array of member protection services available including Credit Insurance, Mechanical Breakdown, GAP, Auto Essentials Vehicle Protection, and Depreciation Protection. For more information click below.

      The Auto Advisor will provide information on return or exchange policies, which depend on the vehicle and the dealer.
