3 Annual Percentage Yield (APY) Penalties will apply for early withdrawal. 0.10% APY bump on all regular CDs applies to deposits of at least $500, in which all the funds are new money. The minimum average daily balance to earn APY (Annual Percentage Yield) is $500. The APY is based on the assumption that interest will remain in the CD Account until maturity.
